Your insights, ideas, and aspirations are the foundation of our shared vision for the future. Step 2: A diverse team of stakeholders then come together to analyze data, assess our strengths and challenges, and collaboratively define a shared vision, mission, core values, and focus areas for our district. Step 3: With this shared vision as our guide, another team develops a comprehensive strategic plan, outlining the goals, strategies, and action steps needed to turn our aspirations into reality. Throughout this process, we prioritize transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement to ensure that our decisions are data-driven, student-centered, and aligned with our core values. We'll continue to request feedback from various stakeholders to ensure our plan is aligned with our collective voice.
