Dear Calhoun City Schools Community,

I am excited to share with you the launch of our next five-year strategic planning process. This effort is designed to shape the future of our school system, ensuring that we continue to provide an excellent education for all students.

Our strategic plan will serve as a roadmap, guiding us in creating an environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence where our students have access to the knowledge and skills needed to become mindful, productive, and empowered citizens. 

This planning process is a community endeavor and your perspectives and insights are important to us.  We want to ensure that our strategic plan reflects the hopes and aspirations of our entire community; therefore, we will be seeking input from students, parents, educators, staff, and community partners.  

I encourage each of you to actively participate in this process. Your involvement is key to the success of our strategic planning work and the school system as a whole. Together, we can create a supportive educational environment that prepares our students for a successful future.
